Karel and Filip run their own companies and projects. They face exactly what you do: the workload grows, your head can’t keep up. Miládka didn’t start out as a product. They built it because they needed it themselves. And because it works, they’re sharing it.

I run Mapotip, where we build mapping solutions for municipalities and public administration. A small company means you are suddenly the salesperson, the operator and the strategist – and the overview slips away fast.

I built Miládka because I needed it myself. I wanted an assistant that remembers the context and runs on my own server. Once it worked for me, it made sense to share it.

Today I am responsible for its development: how it is put together inside and that it is as technically polished as it can be.

What people ask most

What’s included in the CZK 1,890 price?

Complete documentation, an installation guide and downloadable setup materials – everything you need to get started without outside help. Miládka then runs on your side and stays yours for good. CZK 1,890 is the early access price; once it ends the price will be CZK 2,290.

Is it a subscription?

You pay for Miládka once and she stays yours; she works without a subscription too and keeps getting fixes. The subscription is optional: new add-ons, new features and help.

What is early access?

The period when we offer Miládka to the first users at a reduced price of CZK 1,890 instead of CZK 2,290. It is time-limited – once it ends, the price goes back to full. Whatever you buy stays yours regardless of what comes next.

What is Miládka not?

It’s not a polished one-click SaaS. It’s a tool for someone who wants a reliable assistant and can follow a detailed installation guide. You’re buying an early product with direct influence on its future.

How do updates work?

You hear about a new version from Miládka. She tells you what it brings and installs it herself once you agree, your settings stay. Everyone gets the fixes. New capabilities come as add-ons: today’s, like WhatsApp or more Gmail inboxes, are included with Miládka, new ones arrive with the subscription. Miládka installs them herself. And as AI models improve, Miládka gets better on its own too.

What are add-ons?

Extensions that give Miládka what the basic installation doesn’t have. Today more Gmail inboxes at once with mail watching without AI, WhatsApp you can dictate to, and for advanced users the phone: Miládka calls you and you can talk to her. These come with Miládka. Miládka installs them for you, you just confirm a few steps. If you get stuck, the subscription gets you our help. More arrive with the subscription and Miládka tells you about them herself. Without add-ons she works fully.

What do I need for it?

Your own Claude Pro or Max subscription (claude.ai) – Miládka runs on Claude Code, which is part of it, and that is the only requirement. Obsidian is useful if you want to browse your memory visually, and your own Linux server if Miládka should run 24/7 without your computer being on. Both are optional.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Miládka guides you through the installation herself, and the guide for it goes step by step. If you still get stuck, we are here to help.

What if something doesn’t work the way you describe?

We test the guides on a real installation, but Claude evolves fast and may change in the meantime. Tell Miládka: she finds out how things are now and tries to fix it. If she can’t, she prepares a message for us and we try to fix it. The fix then reaches you on its own with a new version, with or without a subscription.

Which languages does Miládka speak?

Czech and English. You choose the package language when downloading in the customer portal – with the switch next to the download button. If you need a different one, write to us at podpora@miladka.cz.

Is it secure?

Miládka runs on your side: your notes sit in a folder on your computer and she sends nothing to our server. She works through Claude, though, so whatever you give her to process goes to Anthropic, as with any other work in Claude. You grant access to your mail and other services and can revoke it any time. She sends nothing without your permission. What arrives in an email or a message from other people is not an instruction for her: if it asks her to send or delete something, she won’t and she’ll warn you.
