The controller of your personal data is Evermind Technologies s.r.o., Company ID 30120209, Vladislavova 1390/17, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, file 457550 ("we"). For anything about personal data write to info@miladka.cz. We have no data protection officer; the law does not require one for us.
The important part first
Miládka runs on your computer. Your notes, mail, calendar and documents it works with never reach us. What you give it is processed by Claude from Anthropic under your own subscription and Anthropic's terms. We only see what we need to sell and support: your account, payments, package downloads and the messages you send us.
What we process and why
Customer portal account. E-mail, name, password (we store only its hash), chosen language and sign-in links. Purpose: performing the contract, access to downloads and subscription. Retention: as long as the account exists; we close it on request.
Purchases and invoices. Payment data (Stripe identifiers, amount, currency), the billing details you enter and the invoices issued. Purpose: performing the contract and statutory accounting and tax duties. Retention: as required by accounting and tax law, usually 5 to 10 years. We never see card numbers; Stripe holds them.
Package downloads. When you downloaded the package, which version and language, from which IP address and browser. Purpose: protecting the licence and resolving download problems (legitimate interest). Retention: as long as the account exists.
Subscription. Subscription status and payment events from Stripe. Purpose: performing the contract. Retention: for the duration of the subscription, then as required by accounting law.
Support. Messages you send us through the form or by e-mail, including your e-mail address and what you describe. Purpose: handling your request (contract, legitimate interest). Retention: 3 years after resolution.
E-mails from us. We only send what relates to your purchase: confirmations, invoices, sign-in links, information about new versions and changes to the terms. Commercial messages go to customers on the basis of legitimate interest; you can opt out in every such e-mail or by replying.
Website visits. With your consent we measure traffic and advertising performance, see Cookies below. Server logs (IP address, time, page address) are kept for at most 30 days for operational security.
Who receives the data
These providers process data for us, each only to the extent needed for its service:
- Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) – payments and subscriptions.
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) – hosting of the website and database.
- Resend, Inc. (USA) – sending e-mails from the portal.
- Google Ireland Ltd. – company e-mail (Google Workspace) and Google Analytics with your consent.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. – advertising measurement with your consent.
- Slack Technologies Ltd. (Ireland) – internal alerts about new support messages.
- HeyFilip s.r.o. (Czech Republic) – bookkeeping.
- ABRA Software a.s. (Czech Republic) – the ABRA Flexi invoicing and accounting system in which we issue invoices.
Transfers to the USA (Resend, and possibly Google and Meta) rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.

You give consent with the "Accept" button on the bar and can withdraw it at any time with the button below; without consent the analytics and advertising tools are not loaded at all. Withdrawal does not affect processing before it. Your IP address is truncated in Google Analytics and visit data is kept for 14 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time. Send requests to info@miladka.cz; we reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.gov.cz.
Changes
We may update this policy when what we do changes. The current version is always on this page with the effective date at the top. The Czech version prevails; the English version is a translation.
