The Microsoft 365 connector is not a Miládka addon. It is made by Anthropic, the company behind the Claude app, and what it can do is up to Anthropic and Microsoft. Both change fast: this describes the state as of October 29, 2026. Miládka checks on her own what the connector can do for you right now, and when something new appears, she starts using it. We keep this guide up to date.
Microsoft is slowly opening up. The connector in the Claude app can now read and search mail, and on Claude business plans it can also prepare drafts. It is still only part of what Miládka can do with Gmail through the addon or through Spark: it cannot read attachments, it cannot write drafts on Pro and Max, and without your company admin it often won't connect at all.
So we say upfront what works and what doesn't. You know what you are getting into, and you have a way forward if the connector is not enough.

Through the connector Miládka only sees that an email has an attachment. She cannot read what is in it on any plan. Anthropic has no plans for it yet.

Good morning. 14 emails came in since yesterday. One is waiting for you: a supplier sent an updated contract and wants it confirmed by Friday. The contract is an attachment, I can't open it myself. Save it to my folder and I'll go through it.

Done. Compared to the last version, payment terms went from 30 to 14 days, the rest matches. I'll write the reply here, you copy it into Outlook.
What you need
- A Microsoft 365 work or school account. A company address on Microsoft, not a personal @outlook.com or @hotmail.com. The connector won't connect those, but Miládka can read them through Spark.
- Admin consent, once per company. A global admin of your company's Microsoft has to allow the connector once. In a small company that is whoever set up Microsoft, often you.
- Any Claude plan. Reading mail works on all of them. Drafts and sending only on Team and Enterprise.
